What is a Motor Vac?  A Motor Vac is a very important service that cleans the fuel injectors, fuel rail, intake and exhaust valves and combustion chambers of carbon buildup.  Back in the day of the carburetors all we really needed to do was clean the upper portion and just inside of the top of the carburetor and everything was ok, now with sealed systems we can not get to the components to clean them.  Throttle Body Service, cleans the upper throttle body only and can be purchased separately. 
The MotorVac Service includes cleaning the throttle body.
